The movie "The India Story," which I just watched, falls into this category.
The filmmakers intended to highlight the health issues caused by consuming chemically processed food, but they failed to present even a single point in an engaging manner; instead, the film bored me to the point of falling asleep in the theater.
I stayed until the very end only because I have a lot of patience, but honestly, even watching this movie on an OTT platform would feel like too much.
The film attempts to blend family drama, action, and emotional storytelling. Samantha's nuanced performance elevates material that occasionally slips into familiar territory.
The flashback structure is effective, and the emotional payoff works. Though the screenplay could have been tighter, the technical aspects and performances make it a respectable entertainer.

Watched Peddi this weekend and had a good time. Ram Charan is the heart of the film, and his performance is worth the ticket price alone.
and specially surprised with Shivanna, jagapathi babu roles.
overall Peddi movie is emotional, inspiring, and packed with strong sports drama moments. Definitely a satisfying watch.
